The ACCUPLACER exam is an untimed, multiple choice test that tests your knowledge in math, reading, and writing. The test helps to identify your strengths and needs in each subject area.

Applicants may be exempt from taking the placement exam if:
- You have taken the ACCUPLACER, COMPASS®,ASSET, SAT®, or ACT® exam within the last 5 years and submitted your scores to ATC. Please note that scores must meet our minimum admissions requirements.
- You have successfully completed college level English and Math courses and submitted transcripts for evaluation.
