Testing Accommodations
In many cases, students will be eligible for testing accommodations, if recommended by their qualifying professional. These accommodations may include extended time on exams, as well as the ability to have the exam proctored by the Office of Disability Services.
If students qualify to test with Disability Services and wish to utilize this accommodation, they will need to:
- Submit a schedule of tests to your Disability Services Provider to reserve seating. If a semester testing schedule is not available, you must complete a Quiz/Test Request Form (available in Disability Services) at least 48 hours prior to the test date. This includes rescheduled tests.
- On the day of the test, please report promptly to the Disability Services Office located in K-614C. We will direct you to the appropriate testing location.
- Tests will be administered during regularly scheduled class time. Only in instances of scheduling conflicts will the time of your test be altered. All time changes must be coordinated with Student Support Services and approved by your instructor.
To schedule your exam with Disability Services, please use this Test Request Form..
