Faculty and Staff:
Your username is the first part of your ATC email address before
Your password is your ATC email password.

If you receive the message "Authentication Failed" when trying to login, your password has expired or is incorrect.

To change you password:
Login to your O365 account at On the main Office 365 apps page, select the gear icon in the upper right, then "Change Password".

Forgot your Password?
At the login page,, select the link "Can't Access Your Account". The system will ask for your security questions.

Need to change or enter your security questions so that you can manage your own password?
